Why I Founded Personal Training 4 Life?
I’d like to share with you my health and fitness journey so that you have some insight as to how I got into the fitness industry, and why I decided to venture into the world of Personal Trainer London and set up an organisation that specialises in health and fitness for busy working professionals.
For many years my mother suffered from high blood pressure, that was brought on by stress and by being overweight. She managed to cope with the condition for many years, taking medication, but she had the misfortune of having a stroke whilst on holiday in the Caribbean with my dad and was rushed to the hospital.
It was about 5 days after receiving the news that my mother had the misfortune of having a stroke. I and my sister were on a plane to Jamaica to bury our mother.
This has to be one of the lowest moments of my life. The person that had brought me into the world was no longer on this planet.
A few weeks later, when I was back to the UK, I went to visit my dad and volunteered to help him to clear away some of my mother belongings. I sat down on the bed looking at her engagement ring when I had a moment of realisation that totally changed the way that I looked at life.
It was then that I realised that the most precious asset that we have in life is our health!
We can buy new clothes, new shoes, new cars, and new houses, but the body that we are given at birth is the same one that we take with us to our grave.
A few months later and I quit smoking for good and started to take my health more seriously. I changed my eating habits and started going to the gym regularly.
During this period, I was working in the music and entertainment industry as an events promoter and club DJ.
Unfortunately for me as time went by, I was finding that my income was becoming more inconsistent and was struggling to make ends meet.
This was the right time for me to make a career change, but I had to do something that I was truly passionate about.
Working within the Fitness Industry seemed to be an obvious choice as I attended the gym regularly throughout my music career, and felt that this is an area where I could make a real positive impact.
I decided it would be a good idea for me to enrol into my local college, where I qualified to become a Personal Trainer.
I was fortunate enough to be employed for almost a decade by one of the biggest Health Club brands in the UK where I learned and mastered my craft in helping people to achieve their fitness goals.
My entire employment history as a Personal Trainer London as been based in the City Of London, where I have acquired over 10,000 hours of experience dealing with desk-based professional workers, who have a sedentary lifestyle.
I have first-hand knowledge of the issues and barriers that many professional desk-based workers have, and have ensured that all of my Online Training Packages cater to their needs.
The training programs that I have created are time effective and have been adapted for home use to cater for professionals who work from home.
Nothing gives me greater satisfaction than helping sedentary desk-bound professionals to become more active, and achieve their health and fitness goals.
I have had clients contact me years later thanking me for helping them to change their lifestyles.
Some have even thanked me, saying that personal training saved their lives.
All of my clients are now aware that it is so important to make the long term decision of changing their lifestyles.
I am a strong believer that we need to adopt the mindset that health and fitness as a way of life. As a man who is in his 50’s, adopting a healthier lifestyle has made me feel more agile and stronger than when I was in my 30’s
I would like to dedicate this website to my late mother, who made me realise that our most important asset is our health.

1. Get Their Ideal Physique
When you look at yourself in the mirror, and see how your body has transformed, it will encourage you to keep going. You are not going ruin all of the hard work that you have put in by eating unhealthy foods, and not sticking to your exercise regime. When you look good, you feel good, and you will do good things to keep it that way!
2. Adopt Healthy Habits
Whatever your training goals may be, it is important that you adopt healthy habits. You may look and feel good on the outside, but it is important that you are healthy on the inside. My online personal training programs are designed so that you eat the right foods at the right times. My philosophy is that health and fitness is not just a quick fix, but a lifestyle choice.
3. The World Is Your Oyster
Now that you are looking and feeling good, you probably feel like you can take on the world! The principles used in getting your desired physique can also be applied to everyday life.
Goal setting takes planning, action, and discipline. There nothing stopping you from achieving anything that you want in life once you put the right principles in place.
