Where should I exercise?
Anywhere that has enough space and is safe for you to exercise. It could be at your home, in your garden, or in a gym if equipment is required for your bespoke training program.
What should I wear when exercising?
Comfortable sportswear that does not restrict freedom of movement. I may advise on footwear depending on the outcome of your fitness and `movement assessment
Do I need access to a gym or fitness equipment when using the training program?
In majority of cases, no as I adapt training programs so that you can workout at home. You may require access to gym equipment if using the Muscle Gain Program or have an advanced level of fitness
What type of physical activities will I be doing during a training session?
Your training sessions will be tailored to your fitness level and training goals will aim to make your session challenging, educational, and enjoyable
Each session will start with a warm-up routine, mobilizing all major muscle groups and joints. The main part of the workout may consist of Bodyweight HIIT and Circuit Training, incorporated with Resistance Training using either TRX, Resistance Bands, Resistance Machines, or Free-weights. We will then finish the workout with a Cooldown, where we will lower your heartrate, and stretch muscles used during the workout.
What happens at the end of my 12-week training plan?
At the end of the 12 Week Training Plan, you can choose to cancel your training agreement as you should have achieved your desired results. You can also keep your subscription going on a monthly basis where you will get continued support to ensure that you maintain your fitness levels.
Do you still offer 1-2-1 Personal Training?
I have a limited diary to 1-2-1 Personal Training in the Central London area, but I do offer Online Coaching in some of my membership packages. For more information, please email email@example.com
How long will it take for me to receive my Training Program after I Join?
As all programs are custom made, it usually takes between 2-3 days from enrolment. If a client has very specialist needs, then it may take 3-5 days to create their bespoke training program
I prefer to get my clients motivated and fully engaged in their program as soon as possible!
How long will it take for me to see results?
Seeing results depends on various factors including effort applied during each workout, age, genetic disposition, and your somatotype. As a general guideline, if your goal is fat loss, a male can safely lose approximately 0.5 –1kg per week and females 5.5 – 0.75kg. This means a healthy male could lose up to 12kg of fat mass in 12 weeks and a female 9 kg.
It is also important to analyse your body composition, and this does not always reflect when you go onto weighing scales. Muscle has a greater density than fat, therefore if your body fat decreases, and your muscle mass increases, you may notice that you look better, yet you weight may appear the same on the scales.
